Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all print advertising on both the office level and for individual brokers

- Assist with broker digital marketing efforts, including e-mail campaigns and social media

- Manage social media posting at the office level

- Develop and implement digital and print flyers and brochures for broker use

- General staff assistance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on performance marketing
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary
