This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on workin outdoor environments and a strong drive for construction project managementwork. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contributeimmediately.
Job Duties:

• ▪ Effectively use allresources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas ofresponsibility.
  ▪ Ensure all onsite personnel comply withproject procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify projectmanagement, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conductaccident investigations as needed.
  ▪ Ensure compliance with all company,client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
  ▪ Motivate others to achieve objectives.Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering,material control, etc.):
  ▪ Effectively plan and organize the work forwhich you are responsible.
  ▪ Keep daily job journal detailingactual events.
  ▪ Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
