In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Physician Recruiter

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing, preferably in a healthcare agency or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and physician specialties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively navigate complex hiring processes.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

The Physician Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified healthcare providers to ensure the continuous growth and success of MCR Health. This position involves the expansion of the company’s network of healthcare professionals, while ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. The Physician Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
