DUTIES :
- Systems Maintenance Task: Liaison between Facilities & Corporate IT(CIT), departments
- System Commissioning & Configuration: Coordinate Site/Integrator Requirements (Pre-Construction review of integrator scope, Coordinate CIT Requirements, IP ports and addresses, Database Programming, Partitions, Integration Configurations)
- Troubleshooting: System Failures (Assess and determine SOC or Site Issue, Coordinate, direct, and implement resolution, Replace equipment as provided by the facility, Assess and determine CIT engagement)
- System Optimization: False Alarm Mitigation, Improve Processes, Audit & Compliance Support, Inventory Management, Inventory Management
- Training: GSOC Operator Training, Site Administrator Training, System Integrator Training
- Certification in electronic security systems (e.g. NICET)
- Experience with installation and maintenance of security cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems
