A hardware sales floor person is responsible for helping customers in the entire store, stocking shelves, cutting keys, mixing paint, back-stocking inventory, cleaning their department, merchandising, and of course, other assorted tasks as needed. Hardware and/or retail store experience is preferred, but not necessary.
A friendly and helpful attitude is a must! Problem solving is needed. Our customers turn to us for helpful advice. We want someone that is knowledgeable, helpful, and has a sense of humor.
We have a set schedule each week. All employees work either Saturday or Sunday, NO employee is expected to work both days. Part time employees work up to 30 hours. We are open Monday thru Saturday 8AM to 6Pm and Sunday 10 - 6 .... so no late nights.
