Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients.

As an IT Project Management Senior Advisor, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead idea sessions around problem resolution to address business needs using available and emerging tools, technology, and modern processes
• Develop and manage disciplined work plans applying appropriate tools and processes to manage large scale Agile programs
• Clearly quantify/qualify dependencies and risks, engaging with impacted partners to prioritize issues related to cost, timing, and features
• Collaborate across project teams to identify activities, sequencing, and potential collision issues in the release train
• Determine business implications of technology team priorities and bring potential project challenges to management’s attention
• Eliminate barriers to success or develop alternate solutions to minimize or eliminate risk to project success
• Provide frequent concise, effective communication around progress, dependencies, risks, and timing for decision making at the sponsor & senior management level
• Provide clear and effective communication to matrix partners on implementation timing and impact on their departments
• Support lean agile operations within scope of assigned projects to ensure overall program is running optimally

Qualifications

• Seven plus years of experience in Project Management/Lean Portfolio Support delivering Healthcare-related solutions in a large-scale, Agile program environment
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional internal and vendor project resources
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
• Agile PM tools (JIRA, Pathfinder, Office 365 suite)
• Undergraduate Degree in related discipline

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 or the hourly equivalent.
