Heinen Brothers is at the forefront of aerial application and crop protection delivery. We are seeking a dedicated Location Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with local farmers and ranchers, deliver essential products, and support agricultural excellence across the region.

What You Will Do:
Interact and build relationships with local agricultural community.
Deliver and manage crop protection products.
Map out and plan aerial applications and provide thorough follow-up.
Support sales team and drive solutions that benefit our customers.
Assist with operational tasks across regional locations.

Who You Are:
Experienced with agricultural practices and products.
Proficient in using technology for inventory and task management.
Excellent communicator, skilled in coordination and customer service.
Able to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading and operating a forklift.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
2 years’ experience with driving class A CDL
Commercial Driver’s License (A) with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required
Basic computer skills
Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people
Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team
Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
Positive attitude
Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision

Training Requirements:
Must be willing to pursue professional certification a/o training as directed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid State Driver’s License – Class A CDL with Hazmat, tanker, and airbrake endorsement

Physical Requirements:
☒Normal Office ☒ Heavy work (lift 30-50 lbs.)
☒Light work (lift 10 lbs.) ☒ Very heavy work (lift over 50 lbs.)
☒Medium work (lift 11-30 lbs.)
☒Other physical requirements (note):

The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands and feet to operate a wide variety of office, farm and fertilizer equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle.
Ability to walk over rough terrain
