Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Manufacturing Manager with solid experience in driving CI in manufacturing, maintenance and process reliability optimization to join a Global Manufacturer based in Berks County. This Manufacturing Manager will report to Operational Director, lead the maintenance and manufacturing engineering team to plan PM, develop and design manufacturing process, drives reliability, safety, improve process and system reliability, and lead major capex projects to ensure the safety, efficiency and drives continuous improvement for the metal fabrication and assembly process. This is a full-time opportunity with lucrative compensation, benefit, relocation assistance and growth, the company would like to develop the right individual to become the Plant Manager or Plant Engineering Manager as part of succession planning.
