We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients and staff. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dental hygiene care by performing dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing teeth.
• Conduct oral examinations and assessments, including oral cancer screenings, and take digital radiographs as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and dietary advice to maintain oral health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, updating charts with findings and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with advances in dental hygiene.

Qualifications:

Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Arizona.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist, preferably in a family or general dentistry practice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dental software and digital radiography systems is a plus.
