**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing behavior intervention plans.

**Duties:**

- Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals

- Collect and record data on client progress with Catalyst software platform

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Skills:**

- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/Autism Spectrum Disorder

- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

- Proficiency in behavior management techniques

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- Strong data collection and analysis skills

- Familiarity with medical documentation practices

- Understanding of behavioral health interventions

- Prior experience in working with people with developmental disabilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
