Part-timen NonexemptSummary/ObjectiveThe Custodian will ensure a clean and safe work environment for all employees of the company.
Essential Functions
- Cleaning
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
- Able to use basic cleaning supplies
- Vacuum, sweep, clean windows, and mop floors
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
- Notify management of repairs
- Collect and dispose of daily trash
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Keep cleaning supplies ordered and stocked
- Keeping sidewalks and ash tray maintained
- Follow weekly cleaning list that has been established. Initial and date and return to supervisor at the end of each week
- Must possess a valid driver license to make deliveries and pick-ups
- Miscellaneous tasks as directed
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, drive, sit, kneel, lift, and carry.
This job requires the employee to lift at least 50 lbs. infrequently.
