Our company is growing rapidly with us locations in Austin, Dallas, and Boulder (CO).
Through our functional medicine clinic, we focus on treating patients with a whole body, root cause approach. We spend considerable time getting to know the health history and current conditions of each patient. Patients are supported in our clinic by providers (adult and pediatric), nutritionists, health coaches and patient care coordinators.
We are currently looking to bring on an experienced Practice Manager to run our Functional Medicine practice. We have a team of 7 providers, 3 Patient Coordinators, 3 Virtual Assistants, and 2 Medical Assistants. This team will be growing considerably in the next year.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, financials, and ensuring efficient patient care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Manage office budgeting and financial systems
- Provide medical administrative support to staff and patients
- Utilize Cerbo for practice management
- Ensure smooth operation of the office and clinical workflows
- Implement strategies to enhance healthcare management practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in Cerbo or related practice management software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field preferred
