This position will be a climbing technician in a team of 2-5. Primary focus will be on installation of wireless technologies, tower construction, foundation installation, grounding, fence installation, setting shelters, etc. Position may also include maintenance of same technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Will be required to climb and work on towers (full training is provided)

REQUIREMENTS/SAFETY:

• Ability to work extended hours at height
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Acceptable driving and criminal record
• Ability to adhere to all safety protocol
• Basic mechanical skills
• Experience climbing towers (preferred, but not required)

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Company will provide required training: Authorized Climber & Competent Climber/Rescue certification, OSHA Construction 10 HR Safety Training program, First Aid and CPR certification and others as needed

TRAVEL:

• Limited overnight travel may be required.
