Title: Mixologist/Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and creative Mixologist/Bartender to join our team and elevate the bar experience for our patrons. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Mixology: Create a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques. Develop and maintain a signature cocktail menu that reflects current trends and seasonal flavors.

2. Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, engage with them in a friendly and professional manner, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure that all patrons feel valued and well taken care of throughout their visit.

3. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail. Maintain consistency in drink recipes and presentation to uphold our standards of quality.

4. Bar Management: Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

5. Upselling: Utilize upselling techniques to promote featured cocktails, premium spirits, and other menu items, enhancing the overall guest experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.

6. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages, including age verification and responsible alcohol service practices.

7. Teamwork: Collaborate with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume establishment. Demonstrated proficiency in crafting a variety of cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.

2. Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and techniques. Ability to create innovative and visually appealing drinks that delight our guests.

3. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing memorable experiences for our patrons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
