The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality service and contributing to the well-being of our residents through excellent nutrition and dining experiences. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to residents.
• Ensure meals are prepared according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of dining areas before and after meals.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with dietary staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, addressing any dietary concerns or requests. Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to service.
