Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in pursuit of new customer/business by coordinating internal activities
- Organize, manage, and lead cross-functional program team throughout various stages of program
- Successfully deliver new programs into production while meeting program internal & external objectives
- Create, monitor, and maintain master program plan to assure timely completion of deliverables
- Monitor program performance, present monthly program reviews leading team through all phases
- Successfully deliver new programs into production while meeting program internal & external objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a program management role
- Experience with Detroit OEM Customers, GM, Ford, and Stellantis
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs from initiation to closure
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and practices is preferred
