Auburn Youth and Family Services is hiring a full-time Master-Level Clinician to provide school-based and on-site counseling services. Successful candidates would have experience working with diverse population of youth and families. License is preferred, but will consider experience.
Auburn Youth and Family Services (AYFS) is a private non-profit agency. The mission of AYFS is to support families through empowerment and community collaboration. AYFS was formed in 1976 with the purpose and goal of identifying the needs of the public at large, or specific segments of the community of Auburn, and providing the highest quality of service through various programs established to meet the needs of the community. These programs will provide supportive-type services including counseling, recreation, education, consultation, advocacy and information.

Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling-Psych or related field
· Prior human service and clinical experience at least 2 years
· Will work on obtaining license
· Experience with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings
· Ability to work on a diverse team
· High Energy, Openness to Leaning, Flexibility
· Ability to listen and take direction
· U.S. Work Authorization (required)

Job Responsibilities:
· To provide education, support and therapy to families, children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings
· To provide counseling services at Auburn High School and Auburn Middle School
· To design groups and experimental classes according to community needs
· To attend weekly supervision
· To conduct periodic staff trainings
· Adhere to all policies and procedures of AYFS
