Contract Administrator Position Summary:

The Contract Administrator I will work with Estimators, Project Managers, and Accounting to manage and monitor all aspects of subcontracts <$100,000, all blanket purchase orders, all Change Orders, and all material purchase orders on multiple contract projects, including prequalification, completion and tracking of subcontract documents, and other requirements.

Hiring Requirements for Contract Administrator:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with contract administration.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; 6 months or more in the construction field or comparable industry.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance requirements and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze information and data skillfully and reach sound conclusions.
  • Ability to manage competing demands with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, executives, and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
