- Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions to help clients gain clarity, make decisions, and take action towards their goals
- Hold clients accountable for their commitments and progress
- Equip clients with tools and techniques for personal growth and self-improvement
- Empower clients to develop healthy habits and enhance their overall well-being
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, coaching)
- Certification as a Life Coach
- Proven experience in coaching individuals towards personal and professional goals
- Strong understanding of personal development principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and the ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong active listening and questioning skills
- Ability to guide clients towards clarity, decision-making, and action
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in using technology and software for client record keeping and communication
