Our client is seeking a VP of Operations to lead and drive the growth and productivity of their operations across 10 locations, with a current run rate of two new acquisitions per month, as they look to grow further across the rest of this year.

Role Overview: The Vice President of Operations will lead a rapidly growing team, currently overseeing 7 branches, with expansion plans to 9 branches in the near future. This role is critical for driving both field operations and technical services, ensuring operational excellence across all locations. This individual will play a key role in the company's integration and service delivery processes, aligning with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multi-unit operations, with a focus on achieving a branch-level EBITDA target of 30%.
• Oversee the integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring they adhere to the company's operational playbooks and protocols.
• Conduct weekly meetings with field leaders, providing scorecard updates based on relevant lead measures.
• Develop and implement people and leadership development programs, ensuring staff retention remains above 85%.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated success in multi-unit leadership, ideally managing $100M or more in revenue.
• Experience in home services or a similar industry, with a proven track record of quickly learning new industries and making impactful changes.
• Strong M&A experience is crucial, with the ability to integrate acquisitions seamlessly.
• High energy, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
• Ability to relate to front-line blue-collar workers, maintaining high integrity and a servant leadership approach.
