Graber Supply, one of the leading Post-frame and Building Supply companies on the East Coast, is looking for an entry-level sales associate to help our contractor and retail customers. Post-frame buildings are critical in multiple industries, including farming, industrial, equestrian, commercial and residential. Building relationships with customers is a critical component of this role, as you will be the point of contact for inbound leads and customer inquiries. This position has a wide scope and potential for long-term growth within the organization. The candidate will gain experience in purchasing of construction materials, retail sales, inter-state business to business sales, project management, and market analysis. Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Quoting/Estimating – Answer phone calls and help walk-in customers who are looking for post-frame buildings and materials
• Prepare and organize proposals, quotes, and orders for approval and timely delivery
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders via in-person, phone, and email
• Provide guidance and professional recommendations to customers
• Steady progression towards taking on more responsibility and meeting or exceeding expectations
• Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and accuracy
• Manage customer accounts/orders buildings
• Generate prints for customers’ buildings
• Schedule deliveries and pickups based on the driver availability

Sales Associate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relatable experience with a letter of recommendation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Dependability, flexibility and wiliness to work hard
• Customer service first attitude and collaborative approach to all work
• Examples of leadership, time management, or prior sales experience a plus
• Intermediate computer skills for internal and external communication and processes
• Willingness to go above and beyond the requirements of the role and to take on additional responsibilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associates degree a plus
