```Job Summary```

The Racks Family of Restaurants (Racks Pub & Grill Atco & Williamstown & The Jersey GOAT Grill Public House) is seeking an experienced Bartenders to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Your main duties will include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

```Duties```

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks

- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately

- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist with bar inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role

- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes

- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

- Knowledge of brewing techniques (preferred)

- Experience with Toast or other point-of-sale systems (preferred))
