JOB DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Perform routine safety inspections and report issues.
- Resolving general maintenance issues - appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, etc.
- Painting - both interior and exterior, as well as scuff removal and carpet cleaning.
- Troubleshooting of electronic systems such as kill switches, outlets, and light fixture installations.
- Complete daily tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
- Must be a self starter and able to work independently.
- Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION:
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- Previous Maintenance experience is preferred.
