Job DescriptionPart-Time Brand AmbassadorJacuzzi Bath Remodel by MR.FIX-IT™Do you have an energetic, persuasive personality, and positive attitude?Are you looking for a part-time job that is fun with great earning potential?We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and eager individuals to join the best event marketing team. If you want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities, MR.FIX-IT™ is looking for enthusiastic brand ambassadors and event marketers to be the face of our company and promote our products and services at community events, trade shows, and retail partner events. You will be interacting with potential customers and setting appointments for free in-home consultations for our project specialist.
The more leads you schedule, the more money you make! If you are a self-motivated, outgoing individual that loves interacting and talking to people, this is the position for you!
Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate and capture show leads by scheduling free in-home consultations for our project specialist.
  • Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs.
  • The ability to talk to and engage anyone with the ability to relate and strike up conversations in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Assist with setup, execution, and break down of events (ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, or kneel).
  • Thoroughly understand our products and services to answer questions and generate interest.
  • Be a self-starter while working in a team environment.
  • Have Fun and Smile!
What It Takes To Be Successful
  • Reliable transportation to job sites within the region.
  • Outgoing personality/ ability to drive a conversation.
  • Sales and marketing experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • No direct selling is involved. This is a lead generation and marketing effort.
  • Ability to Meet and Exceed Productivity and Performance Goal.
  • Part-time, 20-25 hours/week, must be available on Saturday and Sundays.
Physical Requirements
  • The role necessitates the ability to stand for extended periods, often throughout the entirety of a shift.
  • Lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
