We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor District at Ashland in Ashland, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, administrative responsibilities and preventative maintenance.

• Pay up to $27.00/hr. based on qualifications.• PLUS quarterly bonuses up to $4,000 per year

• HVAC/EPA Certification Required
