Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Spray Foam, Steep-Slope
- Proficient in using construction estimating software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of commercial roofing projects to determine scope of work, materials, and labor requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to manage project costs
- Communicate consistently and effectively with clients and internal sales team, providing updates on project bidding status and addressing any questions.
- Ensure bid accounts for compliance with safety regulations and industry standards per project requirements.
- Occasional travel throughout the region
