The Arthur Home is not for profit Skilled Nursing Facility. We are located in Arthur IL which is a quiet community in the heart of Amish Country. We proudly offer rehab to home services, long term care, hospice and palliative services. We are currently looking for RN’s and LPNs to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report any changes to the supervisor
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of Illinois
• CPR certification
• Experience working in a long-term care setting preferred
• Compassionate, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents, their families, and teammates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
