The NGA Gateway West team is looking for a Java Programmer to join our team in supporting the warfighters. As a Java Programmer, you may:

Perform maintenance and sustainment of modified or newly created software to include updating executable code and source code.

Conducts test and evaluation activities for software releases

Coordinate and support deployment of software, collect user comments and feedback to provide to customer

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

- Top Secret/SCI clearance mandatory

- 3 years of experience in Software Development and systems testing

- Proficiency with JAVA programming

- Experience with PHP, JBoss, Tomcat, Linux, Javascript, ColdFusion, and XSLT programming languages

- Understanding of developing web based systems from dynamic results of a relational database

- Ability to work independently or with a team (as needed)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to use time-management skills to balance competing priorities and deliver products

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

A minimum of 3years ofexperience inSoftware Developmentandsystems testing

B.A. or B.S.degree inanassociated technical disciplineor 5years ofequivalent workexperience

3 or moreyears ofexperience/familiarity withreading, writing, debugging, updating (maintenancerelease/updates),and fixing custom software

3 year of softwaredevelopmentexperience working with NGAand MissionPartner Programs

Working knowledgeof Microsoft Tool suite includingWord,PowerPoint andExcel

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $111700 - $189900

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
