Customer Value Partners is Hiring a Program Analyst I Near Arlington, VA

Overview

CVP seeks a highly motivated and organized Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess experience working with federal clients to support mission priority programs through stakeholder engagement, program operations, data and policy analysis.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end logistics and support of virtual and in-person events such meetings, working groups, councils, etc. including meeting agendas, note taking, meeting summaries and key take-aways
  • Implement business improvement strategies 
  • Maintain and track stakeholder engagement plans
  • Develop communication products including briefings, reports, slides, standard operating procedures and email correspondence
  • Conduct data analytics and visualization with Microsoft O365 tools
  • Conduct research on critical infrastructure topics to develop talking points and briefing memoranda
  • Conduct research on policies, directives, legislation etc.
  • Conduct research on subject matter experts to submit recommendations to the federal client
  • Conduct quality reviews for client and team products
  • Draft recommendations
  • Apply the Associated Press Stylebook and/or client-specific templates and writing guides to work products

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Public Trust Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) 
  • Minimum three years of professional experience 
  • BA or BS degree
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint 
  • >2 years of experience with organizational process development
  • >2 years of experience as a technical writer
  • >1 year of experience with Microsoft Teams meetings
  • >1 year with data analysis and visualization
  • Experience serving as a notetaker who writing meeting summaries
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic researcher in IT/cyber environments, political spheres, or related programs in support to senior leaders

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in support of the DHS or CISA
  • Prior federal workforce experience 
  • Knowledge of U.S. critical infrastructure
  • Management consulting background or experience
  • Experience conducting research and providing executive summaries to government personnel
