Responsibilities

• Keeping deal logs up to date and accurate
• Looking at F&I deals to make sure they are ready for booking.
• Processing Incentives
• Handling F&I cancellations
• Processing Service Contracts, GAP statements 
• Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, emails and letters
• Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry and record keeping

Qualifications

• Strong computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
• Highly professional and dependable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Automotive experience preferred
