Located at 521 West Main Cross Street Arlington, Ohio 45814
Part-Time to Include Every Other Weekend
Hours 7 : 30am-1 : 30pm with additional hours approved on days assisting within maintiance department.
General Job Duties to include, but may not limited to : Breakfast and beverage delivery, light housekeeping within common areas and tenant apartments, dining room preparation for lunch ensuring family style dining and meal clean up, occasional social engagement opportunities with tenants, and light maintenance duties to include, but not limited to grounds work and other general maintenance needs.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively and communicate well with Senior Living Manager and Maintenance Director.
Education : High School diploma required
