We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team for Quest Mold and Asbestos Inspections and Testing Corp and Frog Lock Corp. We are a Long Island based Mold/Asbestos and Locksmith Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. Looking for someone to work from home.
Duties:
- Go over daily to do list.
- Create lab reports
- Help with office work thats needed
- Check emails
- Booking inspections/appointments
Requirements:
- Has experience as working as an office manager
- Organized
- Is familiar with Google spreadsheets, Canva and Microsoft word
- This is a remote position. You will work from home.
