Body Shop technician
Southwest Auto Collection in Arkadelphia is looking for the right candidate to fill the position as a body
technician. We have a good atmosphere that everyone works well together. We are a busy shop with
having 3 dealerships next to each other. We are looking for someone that is reliable, hardworking,
taking pride in their work while having verifiable experience in the collision industry.
Requirements
Good attitude and ability to work well as a team
Good communication skills
High standard of quality
Knowledge, understanding, and ability to perform structural repairs
5 plus years of experience in body shop
Current and valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Must have your own tools
Responsibilities
Repairing vehicles to pre wrecked condition in compliance with industry standards
Understand the operations and use of a frame machine
Communicate clearly each day with repair status
Ability to work independently and with little supervision
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner
Follow all company policies and procedures
Benefits
Pay based on experience – flat rate
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance available
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm work week
Paid holidays
Paid vacation after 1 year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
