As a Residential Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of various equipment and systems. Essential Duties:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
• Is skilled with and possesses standard HVAC tools and equipment, maintaining them in proper working condition.
• Maintains clean and orderly work areas or job sites
• Able to maintain work vehicle organization, and keep the cab area free of trash, debris and clutter.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve issues
• Operate company vehicle to travel to customer locations for service calls safely
