Tired Hands Brewing Company is Hiring a Bartender Near Ardmore, PA
Tired Hands Brewing Company is looking for a part time server / bartender to join our Front of House team at our St. Oners location in the Fishtown area of Phillly! The Front of House server will provide friendly and efficient service, have a knowledge of Tired Hands beer and food, and be able to multitask between different sections.
This is an hourly position paying $10 an hour plus tips through our tip share program. Friday-Sunday availability is a must.
Candidates must be atleast 21 years old and have the ability to serve alcohol.
Duties
- Have a general knowledge of the food and beer menu to answer any customer questions
- Communicate and welcome all guests in a friendly manner
- Operate the restaurant POS system, make sure the cash is correct at the beginning or end of each shift
- Complete a thorough setup and breakdown of section, this includes detailed cleaning of the work area and any surrounding areas
- Ability to multitask and provide pleasant service at all times
- Communicate and work well in a team environment
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned that may come up throughout the work day
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or brewery service experience 1 year
- Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently, and lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
