Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for checking the bottles and reporting any non-conformance to technician.

2. Should be able to use calipers and basic measuring instruments to measure bottles specs

3. Label the product and verify all the requirements as per production order

4. Enter production and other data into system

5. Responsible to quarantine any non-conformed product

6. Rework and release quarantined goods

7. Train the packers as necessary

8. Help to keep line in production by assisting technician – checking color levels, strapping, wrapping and moving pallets.

9. Assist shipping to verify finished goods before shipping

10. Assist incoming inspection of packaging supplies, resin, color and pallets

11. Responsible for documentation as per FSSC22000
