Job Brief :

iKrusher is one of the leading brands of vape technology hardware. The HQ is located near Los Angeles, California, in the City of Arcadia, and includes a vapor club for R&D in its facility.

We are looking for an Ecommerce & SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team.

The Ecommerce & SEO Specialist responsibilities include driving organic traffic to meet sales goals for a wide range of products, performing keyword research, optimizing our content, and monitoring user engagement across our websites.

This is a strategic and hands on role that will manage Ecommerce (Shopify) and SEO content planning and production, link building strategy, competitor and audience research and perform additional tasks as needed to grow organic traffic.

To be successful in this role, you should be an expert with Shopify and current SEO techniques and tools and have excellent analytical skills.

Ultimately, this is an individual contributor role that requires appropriate Ecommerce, technical SEO, content planning, Email Marketing, Website Management, and writing skills within a successful web business.

Responsibilities :

• Drive organic traffic through SEO content planning and production as well as relationship / link building.
• Monitor online orders and closely track their Signifyd status to expedite the processing timeline.
• Ensure data accuracy by verifying existing customer card information within our CRM, create customer cards for new clients, and efficiently generate sales orders (SOs)
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
• Ensure the company’s website is compliant with best practices in SEO.
• Take a proactive role in maintaining website functionality and optimizing user experience.
• Manage and execute SEO strategies / initiatives for traditional search, mobile, video, and image search. Develop internal linking strategies to increase PageRank distribution
• Conduct keyword, user, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
• Work with internal data team to develop and publish SEO-focused reporting and analysis
• Monitor SEO trends and stay current with latest SEO technologies
• Create content strategy including content mapping; create editorial calendar. Develop a call to actions (CTA) for email blasts and SMS.
• Write, edit, and publish content based on agreed upon editorial calendar.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics to track the success of digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze competitors and potential partners to identify opportunities for outreach / link building.

Requirements :

• 3 years of Shopify e-commerce experience.
• 3 years of SEO content development / optimization experience.
• 3 years of in-house experience with technical SEO driving projects from idea to implementation.
• Experience with Klaviyo or Equivalent.
• Proficient with Screaming Frog’ and Semrush'.
• Superior writing and research skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).
• Technical knowledge of website architecture (experience with HTML, Markup, CSS, JavaScript, XML) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Results and ROI driven.

Position Full-Time Salary
