Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified.
- Liaise with owners to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals -Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
· Manage day to day operations of Disaster Response and Reconstruction Divisions:
o Working with key personal to ensure timely job flow, accurate use of resources (both labor and material) and receipt of funding and timely close of file.
o Holding daily meetings to increase communication, site and resolve issues.
o Ensuring quality control on all services provide.
o Manage the hiring, training, and terminating of employees, subject to the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.
o Utilizes current Employer software programs including but not limited to; DASH, T-Sheets, Encircle, Xactimate, MineralTree, etc.
o Ensure all projects are conducted with a strong focus on health and safety. Implement safety protocols throughout the company.
· Increase efficacy, accountability, and profitability by:
o Install and manage systems to sustain efficient stock levels and accurately account for usage.
o Install and manage systems to track all asset usage on jobs or otherwise.
o Identify and resolve issues in procedures, software usage that are decreasing/preventing company objectives.
o Review/adjust prepared budgets and manage division costs to meet set financial goals and margins.
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, insurance companies, and other industry stakeholders.
· Report weekly to company principals as to but not limited to status of production and financial aspects.
· Perform such other managerial and operational functions within or outside the scope of the above-mentioned services as may be requested from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.
· After hours, weekend and holidays may be required. Specifically, but not limited to emergency jobs received afterhours and meeting with customers
· Interstate travel may be required.
