Job description

Farrell Equipment is looking to build a new sales team in Appleton, WI. Join our team as a Territory / Outside Sales Representative and start the career you always wanted.

Earning potential is endless when using Farrell’s steps to success. You will be starting at a base pay of $40,000 - $50,000, depending on your experience, but there is no cap on how much you can make in commission and sales spiffs. Once you learn the products and grow your customer base, you could be making over $100,000 in a matter of a couple of years or less.

No construction supply sales experience? NO PROBLEM! We will train you. Between our yearly training programs backed by hundreds of years of experience in the industry or bringing individual vendors to your store, we guarantee that you will have everything you need to be a top salesman.

The primary role of the position is to sell construction supplies to both existing and prospective contractors. You will be assigned customers and will be their main point of contact for sales and information. The more customers you have a relationship with the more money you make.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Be the point of contact for your customers
  • Handle customer orders
  • Provide pricing to your customers in your sales territory
  • Provide customers with product information
  • Create sales plans to generate new customers within your territory in our Sales software

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Self Motivated
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Organization Skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have a driver’s license
  • You Do NOT Need a CDL
