WSI is at the forefront of innovation in the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) industry. We are developing a cutting-edge, customer-facing ecommerce fulfillment and order management system that will revolutionize the way WSI fulfills orders for our client’s products. We are seeking a talented Integrations Engineer with expertise in AWS and React to join our dynamic team and drive this transformative project forward.

As an Integrations Engineer you will be responsible for developing and managing the integration of various software systems and applications within the customer technology ecosystem. This role is crucial in ensuring that different systems communicate effectively and data flows seamlessly across platforms. This salary position will report to an IT Director. This position will be based out of home office located in Appleton, WI.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Improve and maintain direct integrations with Shopify.
• Develop an alternative app marketplace using an IPAAS for non-direct integrations.
• Enhance postage integration systems to support customized rate cards, billing, and reconciliation processes.
• Support and expand WMS agnostic services, including in-house WMS and integrations with Manhattan Active.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in integration technologies and API development.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify.
• Familiarity with IPAAS solutions.
• Strong understanding of WMS and logistics systems.
• Experience with AWS technologies such as Kubernetes and CloudFront.
• Database development experience using Postgres and Django.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in 3PL, WMS, OMS, and TMS environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and implement scalable solutions.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel in a car and an airplane 15% of the time.
• Ability to sit for extended periods within an office environment.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding, and answer phone calls.
• Ability to communicate via the telephone using speaking and hearing skills.
