Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers/clients and provide assistance with inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Collect and update clients information accurately in the system
- Assist with resolving billing and payment issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Follow call center scripts and protocols to maintain consistency and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or medical office setting
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
