Annandale Smiles is one of the top general dental practices and top 1% Diamond Invisalign providers in the DC metropolitan area. Opened since 1988, our team of Dentists strive to deliver a comfortable and personalized experience while guiding our patients to their best oral health.

Our busy and growing practice is looking for a professional with a bright personality who will be an integral part of our new Call Center. The person we are looking for loves to provide excellent service and has a strong ability to listen actively.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Identify patients’ needs and provide solutions by keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision
• Confirm patients’ upcoming appointments, respond to online appointment requests, and incoming text messages
• Make outbound calls to patients who have not been scheduled for their routine cleaning and follow up with patients who have pending treatments
• Keep records of calls by logging important information in the Commlog

Preferred Skills:

• Call Center/Scheduling experience is preferred
• Sales - Must Have!
• Bilingual or multilingual skills - Preferably Spanish

Requirements:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task
• Proficient with computers

$18 per hour and Monthly bonus opportunities
