The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and objectives
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Highschool diploma or Equivalent Required
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
