Successful manufacturing company seeks an experienced Processing Technician to be responsible for hands on plastic manufacturing processing.
Responsibilities:
- Technical understanding of Injection Molding Process
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instruction
- Understand of workplace hazards and record of safe work history
- Set molds in injection molding machines
- Prepares machine for installation of new molds
- Programming of robots
- Operate and adjust machines until parts are produced that conform with specification
- Adjust process parameters during operation to maintain accurate production
- Ability to establish stable molding process to new molds and existing molds that are moved to different machines
Excellent pay and benefits.
Requirements
1. 3 or more years of Hands-On Plastic Manufacturing Processing experience.
