New Generation Management Inc. is looking to hire a part-time Property Manager for Apartments located in Angola Indiana. This position is 25 hours per week, on-site.

This individual should be committed to serving their community and be willing and prepared to work closely with supportive services to create and preserve a safe and well maintained housing environment for their tenants.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

- Collecting rents and other money owed and making appropriate deposits.

- Interviewing and showing vacant units to prospective residents.

- Verifying income, asset and information on tenants annually.

- Handling resident concerns and complaints.

- Preparing correspondence with residents, attorneys, home office and others as needed.

- Inspecting each unit annually for damages, health concerns and fire hazards.

- Inspecting the overall property weekly to ensure all is uniform and in good condition.

- Sprucing vacant units so they are always ready to show.

- Cleaning and upkeep of community building including laundry room if applies.

- Communicate well with maintenance and recording service requests for maintenance.

- Take classes to further your education in property management field.

- Leasing to maintain appropriate lease up schedule.

-Filling ALL vacant units in a timely manner.

- Maintain Property Services.

- More Duties as assigned

Once hired, employee will be placed on a 90 day probationary period. During this period employee will not receive any company benefits, if applies. During the 90 days employee performance will be evaluated in a process report. After 90 days an overall job performance review will take place. Thereafter, an Employee Performance Review will be given on a yearly basis.
