- Responsible for accounting & billing processes, invoicing - ensuring accuracy.
- Monthly closings & trial balance reviews.
- Ensure revenues and expenses are recorded properly and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare internal & external financial statements/schedules/footnotes and provide some audit, tax, and management decision support.
- Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related degree
- 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in an accounting role
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent communication skills
