Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and visits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our roofing services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our roofing services in the market
Skills:
- Strong account management skills to effectively manage client relationships
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the roofing industry
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Technical sales knowledge to understand and explain the technical aspects of roofing solutions
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing options
