Location: La Palma, CA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRIS system
- Coordinate employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and update job descriptions and job postings
- Build and maintain relationships with nursing schools, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nurse recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or nursing industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong sales skills to effectively sell the organization to potential candidates
- Experience with contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
