Thrive Community Fitness-Anacortes is looking for a fun, charismatic, and highly motivated fitness-loving professional for the Group Training Coach position at our fitness center.
If you are a passionate, energetic, and positive person that enjoys helping create a safe and clean environment, this is the opportunity for you! We seek someone who can deliver an exceptional customer service experience through Personal Training and Group Training.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Group Training
- Ensure the safety of all members by creating and customizing a workout program.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members.
- Uphold company standards and lead by example. Be an ambassador of the brand outside of the fitness center.

Required:
- Have a love for health and fitness.
- Ability to interact with current members and prospects.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in the fitness industry is a plus.
- CPR / AED Certified.
-PT and GroupX Certified.
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 55 lbs
-Must be 18 years old or older
