Asa Functional Consultant Coupa youwill :

• Managecommon Coupa Admin tasks including configuring Content GroupsEnterprise Company Codes Chart of Accounts approval chains POCustomizations Tax codes and PO Transmissionmethods.
• EnablecXML Suppliers Punchouts & Catalogues Contracts PO cXML andInvoice transmission processes Compliant Invoicing and InvoicePosting in SAP Oracle and other NonSAP ERPSystems.
• Interactwith the customer to perform FIT Gap Analysis manage Coupa ReleaseUpgrades conduct impact analysis and perform SIT / UATTesting.
• Understandintegrations between Coupa and systems such as PeopleSoft HR Oracleand SupplierSystems.
• Assistin the development of detailed system specifications for majorbusiness systems or technical support and / or developmentintegration and implementationprojects.
• Applysystems solutions to business / technical problems through customerinteractions design debugging testing andintegration / implementation of automated information technologysystems andcomponents.
• Performintegration tasks for inhouse developed systems and / or purchasedhardware and softwaresolutions.
• Assistcustomers with documentation training and usabilityefforts.

WhatYou Bring to theTable :

• Experiencein P2P Indirect Procurement ismandatory.
• CoupaCertificationrequired.
• Experienceworking on P2P integration objects such as Suppliers AccountingElements Users OK2PAY Payment and Oracle EB Tax Sabrix is aplus.
• Experiencein any ETL / Middleware tool used for Data migration or sync BulkTransformation Data Customization functions Data MappingPerformance and Log analysis / Audit is aplus.
• Specificknowledge / experience with Procure to Pay businessprocesses / applications and knowledge / experience with Informatica isaplus.

Youshould possess the abilityto :

• Manageand deliver multiple priorities in a constrainedtimeline.
• Workon complex application / technical problem identification andresolution including responding to offshift and weekend supportcalls.
• Performintegrated testing and customer acceptance testing of systemcomponents that requires careful planning and execution to ensuretimely qualityresults.
• Workindependently on complex processes and modules that may be used byone or more programs orsystems.
• Experienceworking in Agilemethodology.
• Experienceworking in ERPs such as S4 Hana Maximo JD Edwards is aplus.

As a FunctionalConsultant - Coupa, you will : Manage common Coupa Admin tasks,including configuring Content Groups, Enterprise, Company Codes,Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes,and PO Transmission methods.

Understand requirements aroundrequisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts, andtolerances. Deploy best Coupa practices.

Enable cXML Suppliers,Punchouts & Catalogues, Contracts, PO cXML and Invoicetransmission processes, Compliant Invoicing, and Invoice Posting inSAP, Oracle, and other Non-SAP ERP Systems.

Interact with thecustomer to perform FIT Gap Analysis, manage Coupa ReleaseUpgrades, conduct impact analysis, and perform SIT / UAT Testing.

Understand integrations between Coupa and systems such asPeopleSoft HR, Oracle, and Supplier Systems. Assist in thedevelopment of detailed system specifications for major businesssystems or technical support and / or development, integration, andimplementation projects.

Apply systems solutions tobusiness / technical problems through customer interactions, design,debugging, testing, and integration / implementation of automatedinformation technology systems and components.

Perform integrationtasks for in-house developed systems and / or purchased hardware andsoftware solutions. Assist customers with documentation, training,and usability efforts.

What You Bring to the Table : Experience inP2P Indirect Procurement is mandatory. Coupa Certificationrequired. Experience working on P2P integration objects such asSuppliers, Accounting Elements, Users, OK2PAY, Payment, and OracleEB Tax Sabrix is a plus.

Experience in any ETL / Middleware toolused for Data migration or sync - Bulk Transformation, DataCustomization functions, Data Mapping, Performance, and Loganalysis / Audit is a plus.

Specific knowledge / experience withProcure to Pay business processes / applications andknowledge / experience with Informatica is a plus.
